This mystery cookie has everyone trying to figure out what the base ingredient is. It is a thin cookie with a layer of caramel and topped with chocolate. It’s crisp and chewy at the same time. Can you guess?

Fruit-filled Thumbprints
This cookie is slightly crisp with a “thumbprint” of jam in the center. Usually made with seedless raspberry jam or your favorite flavor can be used.

The lemon boasts a tart lemon flavor using fresh zest and juice in both the cookie and glaze that tops this tangy cookie.

The toffee is baked with toffee chips incorporated into the dough and then is topped with additional chips prior to baking.

Traditionally this new cookie was made as a muffin, but with the challenges of keeping muffins fresh and easy to transport, we turned it into a cookie! Take a chocolate chip cookie, throw some nutmeg and pureed pumpkin and you have a winner. Try it in the morning warmed up with a little butter. YUM!

Toll House Cookies
From a “Toll” family recipe, loaded with lots of chocolate and that slightly crisp, slightly gooey consistency that we all love. (Marti’s maiden name is actually Toll.)

Like our sugar cookies with that sugary topping, but completely gluten-free. Also available as dough, just slice and top the pre-made dough with a little sugar. YUM!
